Neutrals
Yes, it's Spring and this is how Canadian grass looks like. Still in it's dull and regrowth phase, this is the month of April showers to help brighten up what's to come. It was supposed to be one of the warmer days of the week at about 5°C, but I was still cold dressed like this! I have been waiting for winter to pass over so I can wear my beautiful leather jacket again, maybe still too early for my cold body? The leather is just so buttery smooth and perfectly worn in. The blouse needs more attention too because it looks better in person. It has a crossed draping on one side and is a metallic light-purple colour that you don't see very often.
Out of all places, I least expected that Gap would sell the best pair of affordable jeans ever! Along with other items I purchased during their 50% off sale, I thought I would give their jeans a try since there were many positive reviews about them. Not only do I love the shade of grey (I'm thinking about getting the darker one too), they really are comfortable and soft. I've always had problems purchasing jeans from mall stores because they don't mold into my body nicely, or are just too uncomfortable to want to wear. Though now I know Gap has amazing, good quality jeans. They are very affordable if you wait until they have their 40% off promotions, which happens every couple of weeks. Regular price, I think they're $79.95? So wait it out to score a deal.

Spring Denim
I'm glad I was able to find the perfect denim jacket just in time for Spring, especially in the classic blue shade I was looking for. Gap was having their friends and family sale, where items were 50% off. You know it's a good discount when it equates to the employee's discount! I purchased a few items, including this jacket. I love how it holds a good amount of thickness, and isn't so thin compared to other denim jackets. Of course, I had to add a samurai bun; I usually don't like having hair in my face. And also included my favourite boots that only took me three wears to break in. It was mostly painful during the second wear because of my wide feet, but now, they're super comfortable and actually easy to slip into, despite having gore sides.
