Clean White

Necklace :: Happiness Boutique     Dress :: Gap     Sandals :: Zara

Here are some photos taken at the Toronto Botanical Gardens located in North York. It is somewhat of a small area, but worth checking out because of how beautiful the place is during the warmer months. It's also a popular destination for wedding photos!
It was funny how while my boyfriend was taking these photos, a family of gophers were climbing around the rocks behind me. They hid away for a moment, and then came down to the walking pathway. These gophers were definitely used to seeing people all the time because when we got close to them, they didn't even bother running away. When a stranger was holding grass around like it was food, one of the gophers even crept up to him. I rarely see gophers, but I do remember at my old school, there were a few living around the rocks and trees in the front yard.

Throwback to September

Dress & Sandals from Zara

Before I start posting Fall outfits, I have a few summer outfits to post since I haven't had much time to update my blog until now. I know some of you live in areas where everyday is practically summer weather, so I suppose you can relate to the upcoming throwback posts :)
These photos were taken in September during my trip to Niagara Falls, yeah pretty much everyone who lives in the GTA is already familiar with how small and unexciting the place is, but we headed there anyways! (At least I won $100 bucks at the casino slot machines, haha).
This location is one of my favourite spots to visit. It's a garden located in front of the Sheraton hotel, near Clifton Hill. They've done a great job in designing the area and maintaing the plants. It's a neat area to stroll around and even better for portrait photos!

Full Swing

Scarf :: Aritzia     Leather Jacket :: Allsaints similar     Pants :: Forever 21 similar     Boots :: Alexander Wang

With the colder months approaching, my blanket scarf has come in handy in keeping warm. Aritzia seems to have been the popular spot to pick up these giant coverings. Although it's a little on the pricey side, costing up to $85 for one of these, it's a keeper (luckily, I had purchased mine during their sale time!). They really are huge and protect you well from the cold. I love the patterns on this scarf and how if I want a darker tone to my outfit, I could use the reversed side of the scarf.
I know these pants aren't exactly bell bottoms, but I wanted to recreate a similar style of flared pants. This pair from Forever 21 was only $17 and are super comfortable!

Pink Friday

Fedora :: Rudsak     Blouse :: Forever 21     Shorts :: Zara     Shoes :: Nike

These photos were taken in mid-September and it's hard to think back about shorts weather when it's been feeling extremely cold already. Gotta start busting out the fall apparel! As usual, I love keeping my outfits simple and comfortable for any occasion. Because the Nike Heuraches have still been sold out everywhere, I opted in purchasing these Nike Air Max's instead. I love the bulkiness of it, yet how minimalist it is being completely white. Despite how cold it's been, I've still got some summer outfits to post up soon!
